The Young Lionesses face hosts Serbia, Greece and Italy in the elite qualifying round

Natalie Henderson has selected a 20-player England squad in the final round of qualifying for the 2024 UEFA Women’s U17 EURO this summer.

The Young Lionesses will first face hosts Serbia before playing Greece and Italy as they look to book their place at the finals in Sweden this May. The WU17s came through round one of qualifying with flying colours, scoring 20 goals without conceding.

“We’re really looking forward to our three qualifying games, all of which will bring different challenges and we have no doubts our opponents will make it difficult for us," said Henderson.

"These competitive European experiences are invaluable for our Young Lionesses as they hopefully progress through the England Pathway.”
