Casual football sessions are run for all ages, genders and abilities, including adapted forms of the game like Walking Football. Many sessions fall under the popular scheme, Just Play, where you can turn up at a time and place that works for you.Sessions adapt to the amount of people who turn up, so team sizes usually go a little over or under the traditional 11v11 format.
