Richard Weekes

The registration period for England’s UEFA Euro 2024 Qualifier away to Italy, taking place on Thursday 23 March 2023, closed on Thursday 16 February with a total of 5,048 members registering their interest.

A ballot was required to determine who would be offered the chance to purchase tickets in Sale Window 1.

Members will be required to 'Sign In' to view these results.  Please ensure you do this before following the link for the quickest process.  You can sign in via the link at the top right-hand side of this page.

All members who registered their interest can
view their ballot results here.

The
 Ballot

The ballot was conducted using the 70%/30% rule as outlined in section 6.2 of the Rules of Membership.

Based on all eligible members who applied, the cap cut-off point to be guaranteed a ticket to this match was 20 caps.  All members on 19 caps or fewer were entered into the ballot.

Ballot results will be visible on the same page you used to register your interest.  Please be aware you will need to be signed in to see the results. You can view your ballot results here.

Wheelchair Tickets

We are pleased to announce that we have secured enough Wheelchair and Companion spaces for all those who applied for this category.

If you applied for Wheelchair + Companion tickets, you have been successful and will not need to purchase your ticket online.  A member of the team will call you on Tuesday 7 March 2023 to take payment.

Easy Access

If you applied for 'Easy Access' tickets and were successful, please email us directly at englandsupportersclub@thefa.com once you have purchased your tickets outlining your specific needs and we will do our best to accommodate you on match day.

We can also offer members who require 'Easy Access' seating a free carer/companion ticket.  The ticket cost for the companion will be covered by The FA.

The
 Sale

Tickets will be sold online at wembleystadium.com/tickets.  No sales will take place over the phone.

Group bookings for all away matches are limited to a maximum of 4 members per group and each person will need to be a Travel Club member who was successful in the ballot.  If you wish to be seated as a group you will be required to book your seats in one order.

You will need to provide the Travel Club FAN number and dates of birth of each member of your group so, please ensure you have these to hand before you go online to buy.

PLEASE BE REMINDED THAT TICKETS FOR ENGLAND AWAY GAMES ARE FOR COLLECTION ONLY, IN PERSON, IN THE HOST CITY.  THIS APPLIES TO EACH MEMBER AND NOT JUST THE LEAD BOOKER.

Sale Dates

Sale Window 1: For all members who were SUCCESSFUL in the ballot:
From 12 midday on Thursday 2 March until 10am Tuesday 7 March 2023.

All members who were successful in the ballot are guaranteed a ticket within this sale window.  It is NOT first-come-first-served.

Sale Window 2: For all remaining members of the 2022-2024 England Supporters Travel Club:
From 12 midday on Tuesday 7 March 2023 until sold out

The Waiting List

Italian Law dictates that the full name of the ticket holder will be printed onto every ticket and ID checks will be in place at the turnstiles.  Due to this,we will not be operating a waiting list once the sale has concludedas we will be unable to re-sell tickets to other members.

In this instance, we ask that, if you are successful in the ballot, you do not buy a ticket unless you are committed to attending.  This will help give as many members as possible the opportunity to go to the match.

As always, caps will not be allocated to individuals who do not attend the fixture.

We do not expect to receive a further allocation for this game.

Ticket
 Collection Point

All tickets will be for collection only in Naples.  At present, the Ticket Collection Point is still to be decided.

It is possible that we will only be able to hold a ticket collection on Match Day with a limited time period for distribution. It is also very unlikely that we will be able to hold a TCP at the stadium.

We continue to work hard on obtaining and finalising this information from the Italian Football Association and the Local Authorities.  As soon as we have these details confirmed, supporters will be updated.

Sportsworld

As usual Sportsworld, the FA’s Official Travel Partner, are now selling their travel package to Naples for this away fixture. You can view all the information here.
