Niamh Charles is all set for Switzerland with the defender named in Sarina Wiegman's squad for this summer's UEFA Women's EURO 2025.

Who's your best friend in the camp?

Lauren Hemp and Esme Morgan.

Biggest joker in the camp?

I think Aggie [Beever-Jones] is funny.

Who's good for a quiet chat about something or advice in the camp?

Lucy Bronze.

Who's the keenest trainer in the camp?

I would say everyone – I couldn’t pick one person really. We all try!

Who would you always find in the gym?

Lately Lauren Hemp because she’s having to do a lot having been injured. She’s like a new woman.

Who is the best camp DJ?

I think Leah [Williamson] is quite good.

Who is in charge of what you're all watching on TV in camp?

Alessia [Russo] and Tooney [Ella Toone] are pretty keen on their series.

Who will you always find on their phone?

Esme because she’s speaking to people in America.

Who gets the most pumped up for a game?

I could say the opposite – the most chilled person I know before a game is Jess Carter. She doesn’t get nervous and I just love it.

Who could fall asleep anywhere in the camp?

Nikita Parris.

Who is the most competitive outside of football?

Probably Maya [Le Tissier].
