The Bromley-born defender received her first senior call-up in February 2020 ahead of the SheBelieves Cup in the USA.
She'd already caught then-Lionesses head coach Phil Neville's eye before her return to England with West Ham United in the Barclays Women's Super League in 2020, following a three-year spell in the USA.

After three years with the Hammers, she made the move north to Liverpool where she became captain and an impressive performer in the BWSL and earned a recall to the Lionesses squad under Sarina Wiegman in the October international window of 2025.
After initially coming through the ranks with Millwall Lionesses, where she became their youngest senior player in 2014, she moved to the States herself to play for both Penn State Nittany Lions and South Carolina Gamecocks.
She was a regular for England throughout the development teams, picking up experience with appearances at both the U17 and U19 UEFA Euro Championship Finals before she captained the Young Lionesses to a third-place finish at the FIFA U20 World Cup in France in 2018.
