Young Lions round-off U21 EURO qualifying campaign with four games in June, including two on home soil against Albania and Slovenia
England men's under-21s will head to Chesterfield and Huddersfield for crucial UEFA U21 EURO qualifiers in June.

Lee Carsley’s squad are currently second in Group G with two games in hand on leaders Czech Republic, knowing only the table toppers will be guaranteed a place at the 2023 UEFA European U21 Championship Finals in Romania and Georgia.

The Young Lions will start their final round of qualifiers with a trip to Czech Republic on Friday 3 June before hosting Albania at Chesterfield on Tuesday 7 June (7.45pm BST kick-off). An away fixture in Kosovo will follow before England conclude their qualifying campaign against Slovenia in Huddersfield on Monday 13 June (7.45pm BST kick-off).

“We’ve enjoyed some fantastic experiences across the country throughout this qualifying campaign and will now hope to end on a high in Chesterfield and Huddersfield," said Carsley.

“As is the case throughout our player pathway, we’re fortunate to have an exciting crop of young players who have the opportunity to take England to another tournament. The support from the stands across these two games will be vital in helping get us over the line.”
