England women’s under-17s have named a 24-player squad for their week-long training camp, which includes a double-header against Germany.

Natalie Henderson’s side will meet up on Monday before facing Germany at St. George’s Park at 6pm on Friday 22 September and then take on the same opposition at 12pm on Monday 25 September.

This camp will help the WU17s’ preparations ahead of round one of qualifying for the 2023-24 UEFA European Women's Under-17 Championship in November.

The Young Lionesses will face Northern Ireland (November 4), Hungary (November 7) and Belgium (November 10) in Group A6, with the top three from each League A group progressing to the second round of qualifying in early 2024 alongside the winners of each League B group.

The winner of the seven League A round two qualification groups will then join hosts Sweden in the eight-team Finals tournaments next summer.
