MU19s head coach Will Antwi names his Young Lions group for three matches in September

Will Antwi has named his England men's under-19 group to take on Italy, Croatia and Germany in international matches next month.

There will be three games for the Young Lions around the area of Prelog as Antwi’s team kick-off their season with preparation matches for November’s UEFA U19 EURO qualifying round.

England will play Italy first at Stadium Nedelišće (4pm BST) on Wednesday 4 September, before they take on the host nation at Stadium Koprivnica on Saturday 7 September (3.45pm BST).

Their final match against Germany is set for Tuesday 10 September (3.30pm BST) at Stadium Koprivnica.

Antwi has picked a 23-man squad for the trip, which can be seen below.

Goalkeepers: Finlay Herrick (West Ham United), Tommy Setford (Arsenal), Sam Proctor (Aston Villa)*

Defenders: Josh Acheampong (Chelsea), Leo Black (Tottenham Hotspur), Ayden Heaven (Arsenal), Matthew Henderson-Hall (Manchester City), Joe Johnson (Luton Town), Jayden Meghoma (Brentford), Harrison Murray-Campbell (Chelsea), Ishé Samuels-Smith (Chelsea)

Midfielders: Tyler Dibling (Southampton)  Kiano Dyer (Chelsea), Michael Golding (Leicester City)*, Myles Lewis-Skelly (Arsenal), Ethan Nwaneri (Arsenal), Reiss-Alexander Russell-Denny (Chelsea)

Forwards: Samuel Amo-Ameyaw (Southampton), Romelle Donovan (Birmingham City), Tyrique George (Chelsea), Mikey Moore (Tottenham Hotspur), Ethan Wheatley (Manchester United), Josh Ajala (West Ham United)*.

*Called into the squad as replacements:

Sam Proctor (Aston Villa) replaces Elyh Harrison (Chester FC, on loan from Manchester United), who has withdrawn. 

Michael Golding (Leicester City) replaces Lewis Orford (West Ham United), who has withdrawn with injury.

Josh Ajala (West Ham United) replaces Kadan Young (Aston Villa), who has withdrawn.
