Fans of England and Denmark met on the pitch on Wednesday, ahead of the UEFA EURO 2024 game between the two nations on Thursday evening.

The game was organised by the England Supporters Travel Club, UEFA and the Danish FA, with fans of both countries arriving in Frankfurt for both teams’ second group stage game.

It was played on a floating pitch in the UEFA fan zone in Frankfurt, with rainy conditions for what proved to be a thrilling encounter.

The Danes started well and took a 4-1 lead before England fought back to take the score to 5-4.

England couldn’t quite pull it back though, with the final scoring ending in an 11-9 victory for Denmark.

There were 30 ESTC members involved in the game, with many more coming along to show their support despite the heavy rain on the day.
