England will play Korea DPR (North), Mexico and Kenya in the group stage of the 2024 FIFA U17 Women's World Cup in the Dominican Republic, following Saturday's draw.
The Young Lionesses were drawn out in Group C from their seeding in Pot 3 for the first stage of the tournament, which will see four groups of four teams battling it out for a place in the knockouts.
The competition is scheduled to take place between 16 October and 3 November and England will be led by head coach Natalie Henderson.
Henderson said: "Whenever you get to a tournament at this level you expect the opposition to be very difficult and to bring different challenges. We're happy with the draw but we know it will be tough. We feel in a really good place, we've made really good progress across the season, so we want to continue to build on that and of course we want to win it. That's our ambition but we'll take it one step at a time.
"We also know that tournaments like this are vital for our players' development and for them on their journeys and their careers so we're really looking forward to seeing how they cope with that and how they deal with the challenges of each game. This experience is really important."
Henderson's side recently finished as runners-up at the European Championships, losing to Spain in the final after a positive campaign.
The Young Lionesses will start their campaign on Thursday 17 October when they face Kenya, before they tackle Mexico in their second game on Sunday 20 October. They play Korea DPR in their final group game on Wednesday 23 October. All kick-off times and venues are still to be confirmed.
