UEFA EURO 2024 ticketing update

After discussion with UEFA, we are pleased to announce that ESTC members who have purchased tickets via our official allocation to this summer's UEFA EURO 2024 tournament will now have the opportunity to return any tickets they are unable to use.

We appreciate that circumstances can change in the months following a tournament ticket sale, therefore are pleased to offer members the chance to return tickets.

Members who were successful in both the ESTC ballot and UEFA’s general ballot for the same fixture(s) will also be required to return one of these tickets within these resale window(s).

The opportunity to return your ticket is now open and will close on 11 March 2024 at 10am UK time.

ESTC members will not have the ability to return tickets in any future UEFA re-sale window.

All tickets which are returned by ESTC members who purchased via our official allocation will then be re-sold to ESTC members via a waiting list. The exact date and details of the sale will follow in due course.

During this process, there were several possible outcomes, and we were sure to consult both the Football Supporters Association and the ESTC members who are a part of the UEFA EURO 2024 Supporters Working Group to ensure that the result was deemed fair and beneficial to ESTC members.


How it will work

Members will have until 11 March 2024, 10am UK time to return their tickets.

You will receive email conformation from UEFA shortly after you have returned any tickets.

Please be aware that, as only group-stage tickets have been sold, the return/resale stages will only consider group-stage games.

All tickets which are returned by ESTC members who purchased via our official allocation will then be re-sold to ESTC members via a waiting list. The exact date and details of the sale will follow in due course.

How the Waiting List will work

We previously opened a waiting list in December 2023. With around 3 months having passed since this list was published, we understand that some may have obtained tickets via UEFA sales or may no longer be able to attend.

To ensure we only offer tickets to ESTC members who want them, we are opening a new waiting list below.

The waiting list will be open here until 1pm on Monday 11 March 2024

For the avoidance of doubt, if you wish to make yourself eligible for any of the returned ESTC tickets, you will need to complete the new waiting list above.

ESTC will announce further information around the redistribution of tickets in due course. The exact method of resale will be determined by how many tickets are returned for each fixture.


Important Information

- Members will have until 11 March 2024, 10am UK time to return their tickets. After this date there will be no future opportunity to do so.

- Caps are only added to your account once a match has taken place, meaning that tickets purchased for any upcoming fixtures will not count towards any ballot.

- If you are returning a ticket, you will be unable to dictate who your ticket is resold to

- This official UEFA resale platform is the only way you can re-sell/re-distribute your ticket(s) to an ESTC member. If you resell/redistribute your ticket outside of this platform you run the risk of your entire order being cancelled.
