England MU19s squad for double-header in Morocco

Young Lions will face Morocco and the USA in March 2024

England MU19s have named a 21-man squad for their two games in Morocco later this month.

The Young Lions will take on hosts Morocco on Thursday 21 March at the Stade Moulay Hassan (kick-off 10pm local and GMT) before facing the USA on Sunday 24 March at the Complexe Mohammed VI (11am), with both stadiums in the Moroccan capital Rabat.

Will Antwi will be leading the MU19s team until the end of the 2023-24 season alongside his existing roles with England and the FA.

The former Wycombe Wanderers and AFC Wimbledon defender will be assisted by Liam Bramley, who recently joined as a National Coach, Paul Harsley, and goalkeeper coach Adrian Tucker, with Jordan Whelan working as an analyst.

Defenders: Benjamin Arthur (Brentford), Kian Best (Preston North End), Alfie Dorrington (Tottenham Hotspur), Billy Gee (Chelsea), Keilen Robinson (Derby County), Lino Sousa (Plymouth Argyle, loan from Arsenal)

Midfielders: George Abbott (Tottenham Hotspur)*, Noel Buck (New England Revolution), Leo Castledine (Chelsea), Jamie Donley (Tottenham Hotspur), Tyrese Hall (Tottenham Hotspur), Omari Kellyman (Aston Villa), Travis Patterson (Aston Villa)

Forwards: Bailey Cadamarteri (Sheffield Wednesday), Josh Duffus (Brighton & Hove Albion)*, Will Lankshear (Tottenham Hotspur), Ronnie Stutter (Chelsea)

* Replace Amario Cozier-Duberry, Jacob Wright and Nico O’Reilly who are withdrawn due to injury.
