Report: England MU19s 1-1 Croatia
England men's Under-19s drew 1-1 with hosts Croatia on Saturday afternoon.
The Young Lions went behind from the penalty spot in the second half but secured parity through Tyrique George 14 minutes from time.
The first half was something of a stalemate, with England slowly growing in terms of possession and territory.
Croatia caused a few issues towards the end of the half but the Young Lions were largely dominant, having a goal ruled out for a foul on the opposition goalkeeper.
The second half was a much livelier affair, however, with Tommy Setford immediately forced into two big saves just after the restart.
And Croatia did soon take the lead, scoring from the spot-kick after 72 minutes.
England did not throw the towel in, though, and were soon level.
George dispatched the equaliser after 76 minutes, securing Will Antwi's side a share of the spoils.
They are next in action against Germany on Tuesday.
