Match Tickets (to be distributed as E-Tickets)
Tickets for this fixture will be distributed as E-tickets, which will be sent to the lead booker of each order.
Each ticket in a group will be sent as a separate email. It will be the lead bookers responsibility to distribute the tickets to the other members in their order.
If you are the lead booker in a group order, and you have cancelled your ticket, all remaining valid tickets will still be emailed to you. It will be the lead bookers responsibility to distribute the tickets to the other members in their order.
Please note, whilst E-tickets will be distributed for this fixture, most members will still be required to check-in at the Ticket Collection Point.
The tickets will be sent by the following email address: noreply@proticketing.com
We would advise adding this to your e-mail contacts, to ensure tickets are not sent to your junk/spam.
A further update on when tickets will begin to arrive will be sent to all ticket holders in due course.
75% of members will still be required to check-in at the Ticket Collection Point ahead of the match. See below for more details.
Check-in Information
All ticket holders who are on 35 active caps or fewer will be required to check-in.
Ticket holders on 36 active caps or more will NOT be required to check-in unless otherwise stated.
Each ticket holder will receive an email confirming their check-in status no later than 72 hours before the match.
The Ticket Collection Point will be located at, and open, as follows:
Location: Hotel Indigo Barcelona Plaza Espana
Friday 6 June: 10:00 until 20:00 (local time)
Saturday 7 June: 08:00 until 17:00 (local time)
Important Details:
- The E-ticket must be shown on a mobile device or printed out for entry to the stadium
- Local authorities have advised that all supporters must carry their passport for these checks as your name and passport number will be visible on the ticket.
- if your passport details have changed, we’ve been advised that a photo or photocopy of your old passport, alongside your new passport, will suffice for verification.
- Failure to check-in (if required) will result in not receiving caps and potential future check-in for home matches
- If you fail to check-in, and your ticket is scanned, you will be flagged as having passed on your ticket, which is against the membership Terms & Conditions, and the FA Security Team may contact you after the match.
- Tickets which are not scanned will result in caps not being awarded.
Why E-Tickets for this fixture?
Due to the volume of supporters who registered, the potential for a very large away following, and the earlier Saturday kick-off, we have made the decision to distribute E-Tickets for this fixture. This will ensure that supporters who are required to check-in at the Ticket Collection Point will have a shorter wait time as we will be able to process people quicker. The check-in process is being operated to help maintain the integrity of our membership ticketing, loyalty, and security systems and policies.
