⚠️Important notice

FIFA has sanctioned Serbia with a partial stadium closure for this fixture following racist behaviour by some of their fans in a previous match, meaning parts of the ground will be closed off to Serbian supporters.

In light of this, we felt important to remind you of the following procedure should you experience racist or discriminatory language or behaviour at any England fixture:

  • FA stewards will be visible in and around the away end.  We would encourage you to find one and report it to them in the first instance
  • You can also text or call the ESTC matchday number for immediate help or advice.  ESTC staff will be present in and around the stadium throughout.  That number is +447790371105.
  • Every report is taken seriously and any information you give us will form part of the post-match reports we send to all relevant stakeholders.

We always work closely with local authorities and the British Embassy to help make matches as safe as possible. FA staff and UK Police will be present throughout the trip, supporting both supporters and local officials to ensure a safe and well-managed environment where possible.

Please don’t hesitate to contact us, we’re here to support you.
