Well, now you can find out as Three Lions defender Djed Spence takes us through what a recovery day consists of at the squad’s World Cup base in Kansas City following the quarter-final win over Norway.
In the latest episode of our Extra Time series on the England app, Spence takes the camera behind-the-scenes at an England camp to show us how his day unfolded right from his early morning skincare routine and through to his post-match breakfast choice to “recharge the body”.
