The Young Lionesses have discovered who they will play in the WU23 European Competition during 2026-27

England women's under-23s will face games against Portugal, Norway, Italy and Belgium in the 2026-27 edition of the WU23 European Competition.

The draw for next term's series was made on Tuesday, with the Young Lionesses drawn out in Group B.

On the other side of the draw, Group A consists of Scotland, Germany, France, Netherlands and Sweden.

The group stage sees each team play each other once, with selected home and away games.

And England, under the charge of new head coach Lydia Bedford, will kick-off their campaign in the October international window with a home game against Norway.

They then take on Belgium at home and Portugal away in the November and December window, before March 2027 will see them face Italy at home.

After the conclusion of the group stage, teams from each group will face off against each other in the April to determine final placings of the competition.

Final dates, venues and kick-off times, along with a potential friendly international in October will be confirmed in due course.
