What is the England app?

The official England app is the new home of England's national football teams, giving you inside access to all of our national teams, bringing you the latest news and exclusive content from England first, and bringing you closer to the teams than ever before.

Where can I download the England app?

Download the official England app here for iOS and here for Android.

Is the app free to use?

The app is available to download for free. All you need to do to access exclusive content such as our Originals documentaries and other rich long-form pieces is register for free. And details of membership packages for even greater access to content, tickets and rewards will follow in the future.

Why should I download the England app?

The official England app is the new home of England's national football teams, giving you inside access to all of our national teams.

News: Get the latest squad announcements, fixtures and ticket information, the breaking news from our England teams, here before it goes anywhere else.

Matches: Follow the England matches with our team news, live coverage, reports and video reaction. Go behind the scenes with our Stories of each senior match and get match highlights first on the app.

Originals: Premium, long-form content including exclusive documentaries that tells the story of our teams and players, past and present.

Live: Watch the England senior teams’ press conferences, exclusive squad announcement interviews with our head coaches, and more on the app first, before you can get them anywhere else.

Access: The content we’re best-known for, content series such as Arrivals, Inside Training and Walk & Talk interviews with players will be available on the app first.

Archive: Roll back the years with great matches and goals, match highlights, and the story of the Three Lions and Lionesses 

Who is the England app designed for?

Whether you’re a diehard Three Lions fan, a big supporter of the Lionesses or you want to follow the progress of our youth and Para squads, you can tailor the app experience to bring you closer to the teams you love. You can personalise the app and the content you get served to suit your preferences. Follow any or all of the Men’s, Women’s, Youth and Para teams in a few clicks when you first open up the app, and you can easily change your preferences by going into your profile on the app.

Getting started

How do I create an account?

All you need to do is download the app on the Apple AppStore or Google Store. When you get onto the app, click “Get started” when asked to create an account. Then, select your favourite England teams or skip this step. Next, set your email and create your password. Lastly, enter the verification code sent to your email, and then you can log in.

Do I need to verify my email or phone number?

Yes, you’ll need to verify your email. Protecting your data and security is very important to us, but we’ve made it easy. When you register your email address, you’ll get sent a code on your email, and then once you enter that you’ll be in.

Can I use the app without signing up?

You don’t have to register, so you can use it without signing up. But registering for free gives you a personalised experience and allows you to get push notifications so you know when the latest exclusive content is coming.

How long does the setup take?

What are the main features and content formats of the England app?

Stories: A mixture of short video clips, photos, behind-the-scenes content and graphics weaved into one narrative.

Moments: Vertical, short-form videos including great goals and moments from the latest matches and the archives, mobile-shot behind-the-scenes content at England camps, Inside training and short snippets from long-form content

Horizontal videos: Including long-form exclusives such as our Originals documentaries, press conferences and head coach interviews

Match highlights: Both the latest highlights from England teams’ matches, available first on the app, live clips, highlights from archive matches and iconic moments from past England matches

Text: News, announcements and feature articles to keep you up-to-date on our England teams.

You’ll be able to see all the latest results and fixtures for the Three Lions, Lionesses, Youth and Para teams.

You can buy the latest official England merchandise from our store.

And you can delve into our library of video content in our dedicated “Watch” tab.

We have a host of exciting developments to follow as we gear up for the 2026 FIFA World Cup and beyond.

Will there be exclusive content on the app for England fans?

Some of the content that will be exclusive to the app will include our feature-length Originals, which have previously included documentaries on Harry Kane’s journey to becoming record goalscorer for the Three Lions, and how the Lionesses won the 2025 and 2025 UEFA European Championships. We’ve got big plans in this space.

We’ll also broadcast press conferences with Thomas Tuchel and Serena Wiegman here first, as well as Inside Access training videos, interviews with our head coaches on the big squad announcements and much more.

Will the app cover the men's, women's, youth and para teams?

Yes, we’ll be the home of the England men’s, women’s, youth and para teams. The youth teams will cover men’s and women’s football, and go from the Women’s U23s and Men’s U21s, down to the U17s. Most of our content will cover the Men’s and Women’s senior teams, but you’ll get more access to the Youth and Para sides here than anywhere else.

Membership & England Supporters’ Travel Club (ESTC)

 

I am an ESTC member, will my membership be linked to the app?

In this initial release, ESTC membership features will not yet be available within the app. These features will begin to be included in the next ESTC membership cycle.

When will ESTC membership features be available on the app?

ESTC features, such as your caps table and profile information, will begin to be included in the next ESTC membership cycle.

Will I be able to manage or renew my ESTC membership through the app?

Not at this stage. Renewal and management of your ESTC membership will continue through the website as normal, in the same way as previous membership cycles. We'll keep you updated on any changes to this in the future.

I have an existing My England Football account. Will this work as my app login?

Yes! If you already have an England account, simply use your existing login details to access the app. Please avoid creating a new account. Just download the app and sign in as normal.

What features are coming next?

We’ve got some exciting new features to come ahead of the 2026 FIFA World Cup and beyond. We’ll be introducing a host of games, we’ll be telling the story of our matches with our live blog and match centre, we’ll be introducing live streams of content including youth matches and senior team press conferences, live shows at the World Cup and other app exclusives.
