Introducing Elemental Wellness Club
Visitors to the Hilton at St. George’s Park can now enjoy an enhanced range of health and wellbeing facilities, designed to support everything from high-performance training to complete recovery and relaxation.
Following refurbishment across a number of areas, the upgraded club combines state-of-the-art training spaces with new recovery and thermal experiences creating a seamless environment for movement, restoration and downtime. The rebrand to Elemental Wellness Club reflects a more integrated approach to wellbeing, bringing together fitness, recovery and relaxation in one considered space.
New additions include:
- A dedicated yoga studio for guided and self-led sessions
- A high-intensity interval training (HIIT) studio
- Cold plunge facilities for recovery and rejuvenation
- Enhanced thermal experiences including a jacuzzi and upgraded sauna
- An improved poolside environment for relaxation
- Red light therapy to support energy levels and post-exercise recovery
- Wave therapy beds using water pressure and heat to aid circulation and relaxation
- Hyperice recovery systems delivering targeted compression therapy
- TempleSpa hands-on therapist treatments
Together, these additions expand the club’s offer, supporting both structured training and more restorative, recovery-led experiences. The facilities have already been used by England senior men’s, women’s and youth teams, while also being available to Hilton guests and members of the wellbeing club.
Chris Stanley, Project Manager at The FA, said:
“This is part of the wider SGP 2.0 programme, designed around the needs of our teams. The new facilities support every stage of performance and recovery, from preparation to downtime and are now available for all guests to benefit from. With an eight-week window to complete the refurbishments, the aim was to complete the project before the senior men’s final training camp prior to this summer’s World Cup, and I’m delighted that we were able to achieve that. Feedback so far has been overwhelming.”
Sarah Hodgson, Hilton at St. George’s Park Facilities Manager, said:
“The space has been designed to support both mind and body, from energising workouts to restorative recovery. It’s about creating a premium experience that works for everyone who visits — from elite athletes to members of our wellbeing club.”
