Women's Experiences Following England
The FA is working with three ESTC members in Spain to better understand the experiences of female supporters following the Three Lions abroad.
The group will be based at the FSA Fans' Embassy on matchday and will be available to speak with supporters who would like to share their experiences. They will then travel to the stadium to observe the entry process alongside The FA.
If you're in Madrid and would like to find out more or share your experiences, please visit the FSA Fans' Embassy.
Your feedback will help us continue to improve the experience for female England supporters travelling abroad.
Supporters can also report any incidents confidentially to the FSA Fans' Embassy on +44 7956 121 314.

Travel Advice
We strongly advise all supporters travelling to Spain to check the latest FCDO guidance before departure:
Spain travel advice – GOV.UK
FA Security Reminder
We have seen a rise in pyrotechnics, flares and smoke devices being brought to stadiums.
These items are illegal inside football stadiums and can cause serious harm to supporters and those around them. Pyrotechnics can burn at temperatures of up to 2,000°C and may cause severe burns, breathing difficulties, loss of hearing or sight and other significant injuries.
Anyone reported in possession of a pyrotechnic inside or outside the stadium risks having their ESTC membership suspended, in addition to any action taken by local authorities.
How to Report an Incident While Abroad
The FA continues to work hard to ensure a safe and enjoyable atmosphere for all supporters.
If you witness any xenophobic, racist, homophobic or anti-social behaviour before, during or after the match, you can report it confidentially by:
- Email: ESTC@TheFA.com
- Call or text: +44 7790 371105
- Contacting the FSA Fans' Embassy on +44 7956 121 314.
The FA will always investigate reports of inappropriate behaviour at an England game.
For more information about supporter conduct, please refer to the Rules of Membership.
When travelling abroad, we ask all members to treat the host city, local residents and fellow supporters with respect.
Unacceptable behaviour may result in:
- Removal from the stadium.
- Police involvement and potential criminal proceedings.
- Football Banning Order applications in England.
- Suspension from ESTC membership.
- Withdrawal of future match ticket privileges.
Any member who breaches the ESTC membership rules risks losing their membership privileges and access to future fixtures, including UEFA EURO 2028.
We ask all members to act as ambassadors for England and help maintain the positive reputation of the national team and its supporters.
We hope you enjoy the game and have a safe journey to Madrid!
