Erica Meg Parkinson took her place in the top ten youngest debutants for the England women’s senior team this century, after she made her Lionesses bow against Greece in October 2026.
The midfielder was 18 years and 174 days old when she came on as a second-half substitute in the FIFA World Cup 2027 qualifying play-off first leg in Crete, which ended with a 3-1 victory for the Lionesses.
And she takes her place among some esteemed company, with the list topped by Karen Carney and also containing the likes of record appearance holder Fara Williams and former captains Casey Stoney and Steph Houghton.
