Croatia v England supporter update

We’re pleased to confirm that, following discussions with UEFA, a small delegation of England Supporters Travel Club members will be permitted to attend England’s UEFA Nations League fixture against Croatia on Saturday 3 October.

The match will be played behind closed doors following a UEFA sanction against Croatia. However, we have been granted permission to allocate 100 complimentary tickets to active 2026-2028 England Supporters Travel Club members, giving a small number of our supporters the opportunity to attend the fixture.

We appreciate that this is a very limited allocation and that demand will significantly exceed the number of tickets available.

Eligible members can register their interest via the link at the bottom of this update. Registration is not a standard away fixture registration or ballot, and submitting your interest does not guarantee a ticket.

Registration

Only active 2026-2028 England Supporters Travel Club members will be eligible to register their interest for this fixture.

Members will be invited to register themselves only. As the allocation is extremely limited, tickets will be allocated based on members' all-time caps totals, with active caps used as the differentiator where members have the same all-time caps total.

Registrations will close at 12pm (midday) on Friday 18 September 2026.

Members who require Wheelchair or Easy Access tickets/carer or companion are advised to register via the same link below to be entered into the ballot.
 

Ticket cost and holding deposit

Tickets for this fixture will be complimentary for successful members.

However, successful members will be required to pay a £30 holding deposit when accepting their ticket. This deposit will be refunded should you attend the fixture.

If you are unable to attend, you must inform us as soon as possible so that we can offer the ticket to another eligible member who registered their interest. The £30 deposit will not be refunded where a member does not attend and has not informed us in advance, as this prevents us from reallocating the ticket to another eligible supporter.
 

Important note – caps

Caps will not be awarded for attending this fixture. Due to the exceptional circumstances and the very limited allocation, this fixture will be treated in the same way as a tournament fixture for caps purposes. Attendance at Croatia v England will therefore not contribute towards members' caps totals.
 

Caps used for allocation

As this fixture takes place on Saturday 3 October, we will use the caps data associated with members' accounts prior to the next international window when determining ticket allocations.

Please note that caps cannot be awarded retrospectively more than 21 days after a fixture has taken place. As a result, any caps that may subsequently be awarded for this fixture cannot be taken into consideration when allocating these tickets.
 

Registration outcomes

We will communicate the outcome to all members who register their interest no later than early next week.

Due to the very limited allocation, registering your interest does not guarantee that you will be offered a ticket.

We appreciate that an allocation of just 100 tickets is significantly smaller than the number of members who would like to attend. We have worked closely with UEFA to secure permission for England supporters to attend despite the match being played behind closed doors, and we will continue to make the most of every opportunity to support our members at England away.
