Anyone can play in The FA Walking Football Cup
Entry to The FA Walking Football cup is open to teams across England in the following age categories:
• Mixed 50+
• Mixed 60+
• Female 40+
The competition starts at local qualifying rounds in your county, before the winners progress to the regionals followed by the national finals.
