Ukraine away update
The registration period for England’s UEFA Euro 2024 Qualifier against Ukraine closes on Friday 4 August at 2pm.
Ticket Information
The Tarczyński Arena capacity for this fixture is an estimated 43,000.
We are still in negotiations with the Ukrainian Football Association over our allocation. Initially, we had been offered 2,255. Ongoing discussion has seen this increase to 3,406 and we are seeking to obtain more if possible.
It must be outlined that none of the above numbers are confirmed and, as always, we strongly advise only booking your travel and accommodation once you receive the ballot results.
It is worth noting that one of the possible reasons behind Poland being chosen for this fixture is due to the number of Ukrainians that now reside in the country since 2022. The city of Wroclaw, for example, has around 300,000 Ukrainians now living in the city, and it is expected to be a popular match for the residents.
The Ballot
As it stands, a total of 6,483 members have registered their interest in this match, meaning that it is extremely likely a ballot will be required to determine who can purchase tickets.
We expect to have our final allocation confirmed in the coming days and hope to announce the ballot results before the end of next week.
The Sale
In the extremely likely scenario that a ballot needs to be conducted, the sale dates will be as follows.
Sale Window 1: For all members who were SUCCESSFUL in the ballot:
From 12 midday on Thursday 17 August until 11.59pm Sunday 20 August 2023
All members who were successful in the ballot are guaranteed a ticket within this sale window. It is NOT first-come-first-served.
Sale Window 2: For all remaining members of the 2022-2024 England Supporters Travel Club:
From 12 midday on Monday 21 August 2023 until sold out.
Tickets will be sold online at wembleystadium.com/tickets. No sales will take place over the phone.
Group bookings for all away matches are limited to a maximum of 4 members per group and each person will need to be a Travel Club member who was successful in the ballot. If you wish to be seated as a group you will be required to book your seats in one order.
You will need to provide the Travel Club FAN number and dates of birth of each member of your group so, please ensure you have these to hand before you go online to buy.
PLEASE BE REMINDED THAT TICKETS FOR ENGLAND AWAY GAMES ARE FOR COLLECTION ONLY, IN PERSON, IN THE HOST CITY. THIS APPLIES TO EACH MEMBER AND NOT JUST THE LEAD BOOKER.
Registration
Please be aware that you will need to be signed in to view the registration page. You will also need the FAN number and date of birth of any member you wish to register a ticket for.
Once you have registered, you must wait for the page to reload. You will then be able to select 'Add another FAN'. You can do this for up to three other members.

Unregistering if you can no longer attend
Should your circumstances change, and you can no longer attend the match, we kindly ask that you unregister yourself before the registration window closes. This will allow other members, who can attend, a better chance in the ballot.
You can remove yourself, or any of your guests from the ballot, by selecting the red 'X' next to your name.
If the lead booker can no longer attend, we suggest that the lead booker removes all members from their registration group and the other group members to then register again under a new lead.

Wheelchair and Easy Access Registrations
At present, we have not had our wheelchair or easy access allocation confirmed to us. We hope to have this information as soon as possible.
All members who require either seating type should register via the link above.
If you require a wheelchair space and companion ticket, please be sure to tick the 'wheelchair user' box when registering your interest.
If you need easy-access seating, you will not be required to select any additional box. A further form will be sent to all members who registered asking if any supporters require easy-access seating. This process is done manually as we understand seating requirements for members can change from game to game.
