UEFA EURO 2024 ballot results

Written by:

Ballot Results are now being communicated to all members and emails should arrive shortly. This update outlines the breakdowns for each fixture and sale stage

Update 21/12/23

Tickets within the England Supporters Travel Club allocation for UEFA EURO 2024 are no longer available.

There was an extremely high demand for tickets to this tournament, as expected.

We would like to take this moment to thank everyone who will be heading over to Germany next summer to support the Three Lions.

As always, we will seek to obtain additional tickets for matches/categories where we are oversubscribed.

We will now open a waiting list for any ESTC members who did not manage to purchase a ticket within any of the 6 Sale Stages.

If you would like to join the list, you can do so here.

Important
Information:

Please note:

- If a cap cut-off point is higher than the initial pre-registration guidance for any fixture, this would imply that an increased number of high-capped members registered for that fixture in the Official Registration process.

- Only Active Caps are considered when running a ballot.

- If you are successful for a fixture, you will have access to purchase your ticket(s) throughout all subsequent sale stages up to and including Sale Stage 5. HOWEVER, after your Sale Stage has closed, your category of preference may no longer be available.

- If you are successful for a match, e.g. Serbia v England in Sale Stage 3, but unsuccessful or did not apply for other fixtures, you will only have access to that match when your Sale Stage opens.

- Wheelchair and Easy Access tickets: If successful, you will receive 1 access code per game, for Sale Stage 1,which will enable you to purchase your accessible ticket AND a free companion ticket.

You will have until 12pm midday on Wednesday 20 December 2023 to purchase your tickets. You will not be required to enter your companion’s details until closer to the tournament.

- Sale Stage 1 will guarantee that members have access to Fans First Tickets. Sale Stage 2 will guarantee members have access to Category 3 tickets (and any unsold Fans First). Sale Stage 3 will guarantee access to Category 2 tickets (and any unsold Category 3/Fans First). Members entered into Sale Stage 4 and 5 are guaranteed tickets but will likely be in the higher categories. (This Guidance is based on the Pre-Registration data, presuming that the highest-capped members will purchase the cheapest category of tickets, in their sale stage).

- At Sale Stage 6, access codes will be given to all unsuccessful members who have registered for each fixture, to purchase on a first come, first served basis. No ticket will be guaranteed at this stage. If you have been given an access code prior to this stage, your same access code will remain valid throughout Sale Stage 6.

- Whether you are purchasing single tickets, or in a group, we strongly advise you familiarise yourself with our SALE GUIDANCE ahead of time to ensure you purchase your tickets correctly.

-You will not be required to enter guest details during the sales process; however, each Access Code is associated to an individual ESTC member

- Once you have purchased in a group, the tickets can be used by any member in that groupWhen you receive the tickets from UEFA, closer to the tournament, the lead booker will be required to send the tickets to their guests. If a ticket is sent to another member/person outside of the original group, your entire group runs the risk of having their tickets cancelled.

Sale Stage Timings:

Your access code will be sent to you shortly before the Sale Stage opens and become active from the start of the Sale Stage you are successful in.

Sale Stage 1: 1pm Wednesday 13 December until 12:30pm midday Friday 15 December
Sale Stage 2: 1pm Friday 15 December until 12:30pm midday Sunday 17 December
Sale Stage 3: 1pm Sunday 17 December until 12:30pm midday Monday 18 December
Sale Stage 4: 1pm Monday 18 December until 12:30pm midday Tuesday 19 December
Sale Stage 5: 1pm Tuesday 19 December until 12:30pm midday Wednesday 20 December
*Sale Stage 6 (if any remaining): 1pm Wednesday 20 December until sold out (For members who were unsuccessful in any ballots for the three Group Stage matches)

- All members will receive an email when each sale stage opens. This email will include your access code(s)/ ballot results. Please ensure you do not delete or report any emails as spam, otherwise you may be blocked on our CRM system and therefore not receive results for other matches. You should expect to receive a total of 6 emails regarding ticket sales stages (1 for each stage) between now and Wednesday 20 December.

- Each access code will be dedicated to a specified fixture. Please ensure you have the correct access code for each match. If purchasing for other members, please ensure they have given you the correct code for that game.

- As always, we will endeavour to obtain additional tickets for matches we are oversubscribed for. Should we be successful, we will update members accordingly.

Knock-Out (KO) Stages:

As a reminder, all KO stage tickets are conditional. Tickets will be made available for purchase, should Engand progress to each KO stage fixture.

We can confirm our Wheelchair (WC) and Easy Access (EA) allocations for the KO stages:

WC: 20 (+20 companion)

EA: 20 (+20 companion)

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to obtain our confirmed category splits for General Admission (GA) tickets.

At this time, we can only provide guidance on the caps totals you would need to be in the top 70%, based on official registrations, and our total allocations for each game.

We cannot guarantee which categories you will have access to / sale stages you will be entered in.

For KO stage fixtures, the exact allocation and category splits may fluctuate based on the venue we play at, and which side of the stadium we are located in. This will be determined by the route we take and whether we are Team A or B.

UEFA reserve the right to amend our allocations at any time.

At this point in time, all ballots for KO stage fixtures (or for any additional tickets we receive from UEFA for any match) will be conducted relating to ‘active’ caps totals as of Monday 11 December 2023.

Members who have been to at least 4 home and 2 away matches to be 'prioritised' in 20% ballots. If the number of members who meet this criteria in a ballot is less than the number of tickets available, all members who have been to at least 4 home and 2 away will be successful. If the number of members who meet this criteria in this ballot exceeds the number of tickets available, then the ballot will only be conducted between those members who meet the criteria.
