Lucy Parker has returned to Aston Villa following injury in training

2pm BST, Friday 27 October

Lucy Parker has returned to Aston Villa for assessment and treatment on an ankle injury sustained in training and will therefore be unavailable for England’s two UEFA Women’s Nations League fixtures against Belgium.

England are in action tonight at Leicester City, before the away fixture in Leuven on Tuesday 31 October.

11am BST, Thursday 26 October

Lauren James will miss England’s double-header with Belgium after suffering a concussion and will return to her club side Chelsea.

Sarina Wiegman confirmed the forward will miss Friday’s match at Leicester City’s stadium and Tuesday’s return fixture in Belgium as part of concussion protocols.

5.30pm BST, Monday 23 October

Sheffield United goalkeeper Fran Stenson has been called up to the England women’s under-23s squad for the upcoming fixtures against Italy and Portugal.

Everton’s Emily Ramsey will not travel with the squad to Italy and will remain at her club for further assessment on an injury.

Pending the outcome of that assessment, she will join up with the Young Lionesses at St George’s Park on Friday ahead of the Portugal fixture.
