The West Ham United defender earned her first senior call-up in September 2022 for England's World Cup warm-up games against USA and Czech Republic on home soil, after a solid start to the season with the Hammers.
Lucy had initially come through the academy ranks with Arsenal, where she played for ten years as a youngster before heading to college in the USA in 2017 where she represented the LSU Tigers in Louisiana until 2018 before moving on to UCLA Bruins after that.
Throughout this time, Lucy was a regular with England's development squads and picked up caps right from WU15 through to the WU21 team.
She returned to England in 2021, when she signed her first professional deal at West Ham United to kick-start her career in the Barclays Women's Super League.
