Following the recent launch of the new official England app, we've been finding out more about how some of our players use apps on their own devices.

Whether it's to keep in touch with friends and family, take care of shopping or play games, there's an app for everyone.

And England women's defender Lucy Bronze has revealed the five apps she uses the most.

WhatsApp - Obviously this is my main one, just so I can chat to people and keep in touch with friends and family.

Camera - For taking pictures, obviously. I take loads of the places I go to and things I see!

Wellness - I have so many apps monitoring wellness and stuff like that, but I do use this one a lot.

Email, notes and diary - I know there's a few here, but I really need to write things down, like all the time.

Instagram - I try not to get too caught up in it, but I do like a scroll on here.
