England women's under-23s will welcome the Netherlands to the Croud Meadow Stadium for the first home fixture of 2026.

The match will be played on Friday 6 March, kicking off at 7pm. Tickets are priced at £5 for adults, £3 for concessions and £1 for under-14s, and can be purchased directly from the club.

Shropshire has become a familiar home for the Young Lionesses, with Shrewsbury Town hosting WU23s fixtures in each of the past two seasons.

Michelle Agyemang netted the decisive goal in a 1-0 win over Portugal in October 2024, while a side featuring Aggie Beever-Jones, Laura Blindkilde Brown, Grace Clinton, Missy Bo Kearns, Ruby Mace and Jess Naz, who have all gone on to become senior Lionesses, defeated Belgium 3-0 in September 2023.

The WU23s last played the Netherlands in the opening match of the 2024-25 season in a 1-1 draw away in Escharen, with Blindkilde Brown on target for the Young Lionesses.
