Livramento: Mainoo’s two-touch skills, wow!
Full-back and James Trafford on standout moments in training from their Three Lions team-mates on Episode Three of Lions’ Den
The latest episode of Lions’ Den connected by EE is available to watch now on the official England App, with Andrew Mensah joined by Tino Livramento and James Trafford at the Three Lions’ Florida base camp.
The pair discuss settling into camp, life away from football and the team-mates whose qualities they admire most.
Asked which skill from another England player he would take for himself, Livramento said: “I'll say Eberechi Eze’s passing. Yeah. I'll take Ebs' passing.”
Trafford, meanwhile, opted for pace of two wingers, Anthony Gordon and Marcus Rashford. “The first one that came to my head was Ant's or Rashy's pace.”

The conversation also offers a glimpse into the quality on show every day in the Three Lions’ training sessions. When asked about a moment that made him stop and take notice, Newcastle United full-back Livramento pointed to Manchester United midfielder Kobbie Mainoo.
“One thing that's like, seeing Kobbie play two-touch. He's so good at two-touch. He'd be passing it or flicking it with his ankle and that.”
There are also plenty of laughs as the duo reveal what they would be doing if they were not professional footballers, with Livramento admitting: “I'd probably be in sales.” Trafford’s answer was equally clear: “I'd be a farmer.”
