We conduct a ballot for any oversubscribed matches and or categories. The ballot is split into three ‘pots’.
70% of our allocation will be awarded to the most capped member from those who applied.
20% of our allocation will then be balloted to all remaining members who have been to at least 4 home matches and 2 away matches within the last 2 membership cycles.
10% of our allocation will then be balloted to all remaining members who have attended at least 1 match within the current membership cycle.
We have offered initial guidance off the back of our own registration period and have been advising all members to apply for their tickets by 11pm on Sunday 21 December. After this date, we have requested to receive the application data from FIFA. We will use this data to offer members final guidance on their application.
It is important to note that if you are unable to complete the application by Sunday 21 December that you will not be penalised. However, the more members who complete the application before this date will enable us to provide clearer, more tailored guidance to supporters to help you get the games and categories you wish based on your caps total, avoiding higher categories as much as possible.
