Once a player is referred through Discover My Talent, our job is to consider that player for future involvement in the Women’s England Talent Pathway.
Players born between 2009 and 2013 could be considered at any of the activity here, whereas players born between 2007 and 2010 will be picked up via Club and Matchday visits and insights.
