Once a player is referred through Discover My Talent, our job is to consider that player for future involvement in the Women’s England Talent Pathway.
Players born between 2010 and 2012 could be considered at any of the activity here, whereas players born between 2007 and 2009 will be picked up via Club and Matchday visits and insights.
