England MU21s training squad named for pre-EURO camp
The Young Lions will begin their preparation for this summer's U21 EURO in Slovakia at St.George's Park

An England men’s under-21s pre-EURO training squad has been named by head coach Lee Carsley.
The Young Lions head to Slovakia in June to defend the UEFA U21 EURO title, which they won in 2023, and will begin their preparations for the tournament with a training camp at St. George’s Park.
The group will meet up at the national football centre for training before Carsley names his final squad of 23 players for the EUROs on Friday 6 June.
The EUROs kicks-off for England when they play their first group game against Czechia on Thursday 12 June (8pm BST) at the Mol Arena before they tackle Slovenia three days later on Sunday 15 June (5pm BST).
Their final group game against Germany takes place on Wednesday 18 June (8pm BST) at the Stadion Pod Zoborom, before the competition heads into the knockout phase with the top two teams from both groups progressing to the quarter-finals.
