It's the day after England's 2-1 win against DR Congo, which means the Three Lions' focus will now switch to our round of 16 match against Mexico on Monday 6 July (kick-off, 1am BST).
Thomas Tuchel's side booked their place in the next round thanks to a brilliant second half fightback in Atlanta, where skipper Harry Kane scored twice in the final 15 minutes to send us through.
The squad flew back to Missouri after the game, arriving back at their Kansas City training base in the early evening.
Rest and recovery
Today is all about recovery as the squad focuses on recuperating from their efforts against DR Congo.
With the next game against Mexico less than four days away, England will concentrate on getting themselves physically prepared before attention turns to training again on Friday.
After the recovery sessions are complete, the squad will regroup for lunch.
