What goes on behind the scenes in the England camp during the FIFA World Cup 2026? Here, you can find out in Three Lions Daily.

England face Norway in their FIFA World Cup 2026 quarter-final this evening at 10pm BST (5pm local time) at Miami Stadium. Here’s what matchday preparations will look like.

Matchday

England players will have the opportunity to follow their own preparation schedules to get into the zone ahead of tonight’s match.

They will eat breakfast and lunch at their temporary base as well as have two team meetings before travelling to Miami Stadium at 2:50pm local time ahead of the 5pm kick-off.

The Three Lions will fly back to their Kansas City base in the evening following the match.
