Following the recent launch of the new official England app, we've been finding out more about how some of our players use apps on their own devices.

Whether it's to keep in touch with friends and family, take care of shopping or play games, there's an app for everyone.

And England men's defender Trevoh Chalobah has revealed the three apps he uses the most.

WhatsApp - WhatsApp, for sure. I speak to my family and my friends.

YouTube - I YouTube a lot of sermons; a lot of Premier League and football highlights; a lot of cookery stuff as well – I like to cook and learning things.

Snapchat - I just like snapping my friends. If I’m doing something or if they’re doing something, we can snap what we’re doing.
