Benefits of being a member

Yes. The England Supporters Travel Club is now open to all members.

The England Supporters Travel Club 2022-2024 Road to UEFA Euro 2024 Germany membership is now open to all members and you can join right here

The membership fee for the Travel Club covers the cost of the security checks which are carried out on all members and the administration costs related to managing the assignment of away match tickets. Costs also include the production and dispatch of membership packs, travel guides and other documentation for away games.

If you require wheelchair accessible or ambulant accessible seating you can call 0800 389 1966 during the relevant sales period. Please be aware that you will receive one additional companion ticket free of charge. If you are purchasing disabled tickets for the first time, you will need to provide your proof of disability so that your membership can be updated. We accept PIP forms or letters from GPs or hospitals. Please be aware that we do not accept copies of blue badge cards as proof of disability. If you're purchasing additional General Access tickets at the same time, please be aware that we may not be able to seat your group together.

Yes. When registrations open for away match tickets you need to ensure you select the appropriate ticket - either 'wheelchair accessible seating' or 'general access'. Please take into consideration that not all international stadiums are equipped with the same facilities as Wembley Stadium; if you have specific accessibility requirements, please email englandsupportersclub@thefa.com during an away match sale to request more information.

Please be aware that tickets to England away friendlies and qualifiers are for collection only in the host city.

The England Supporters Travel Club 2022-2024 Road to UEFA Euro 2024 Germany will run from 26 January 2023 until 14 July 2024.

Travel Club members receive priority access to home match sales. Unless otherwise stated, the first members' sale window is open to Travel Club members only so that they can access the best available tickets. The second sale period is then open to both Travel Club and members of the free England Supporters Club before the home match goes on general sale. Travel Club members will receive £5 off their home match ticket (£2.50 for juniors) during both priority members' sales.

Go to TheFA.com/tickets and select the fixture you wish to purchase tickets for. Alternatively members can call 0333 999 1863 to purchase their match tickets.

Please be aware that tickets are subject to availability and all members can purchase up to 8 tickets. If you require a group booking, please select the 'group' tab on the ticketing website during the general public sale.

It is not possible to retrospectively apply the Travel Club discount on tickets purchased outside the priority sales periods.

ESC and ESTC members receive priority access to up to 8 home match tickets, unless otherwise stated. If you require a group booking of more than 8 tickets, select the 'group' tab on the ticketing website and choose the relevant number of adult and junior tickets. The group booking option is subject to availability.

For each England away friendly or qualifier, the England Supporters Travel Club will first open a 'registration' period whereby Travel Club members can register their interest in purchasing a ticket. Once this registration period has closed and supporters have been notified that they have been successfully allocated a ticket, they will be able to purchase during the advertised sales window via TheFA.com/tickets

If an away match is oversubscribed (the number of members who have registered their interest in the game is greater than the allocation we have received), the tickets will be allocated in the following way:

70% of the ticket allocation will be offered to the ESTC members with the highest number of caps.  The number of caps you will require to qualify for the top 70% of the ticket allocation will depend on: (a) the number of members at the relevant time who have applied for the match; and (b) the size of our allocation for that game. The remaining 30% of the ticket allocation will be balloted to all remaining members who registered their interest.

Tickets for England away friendlies and qualifiers are for collection only in the host city - no tickets will be posted to members prior to the match. All ticket holders will be emailed collection details prior to the match taking place.

If you are successfully allocated tournament group match tickets, these will be posted out 3-4 weeks prior to the start of the tournament. As per the Terms and Conditions of the Travel Club, some ESTC members will be required to collect their tournament tickets from members of FA security. These members will be notified prior to the tournament with full details on how to collect their tickets.

Please be aware that conditional knockout match tickets secured through The FA will need to be collected in person in the host city. Full details will be emailed to members after England's qualification to each knockout round.

Tickets for England home games are typically dispatched 2-3 weeks prior to kick-off. Tickets to the March 2020 fixtures will be issued electronically via the Wembley Stadium mobile app to members of the England Supporters Travel Club and members who purchased during the General Sale. More information will be sent to ticket buyers closer to each fixture.

Caps are loyalty points awarded to members of the England Supporters Club and England Supporters Travel Club for attending an England Men's Senior friendly or qualifier using tickets purchased from The FA.

Members can build up their caps level with the aim of applying for tournament fixtures or away matches. In the event that a tournament fixture or away match is oversubscribed, a ballot will be undertaken using the caps system to fairly allocate tickets to members.

For more information, please read section 6.2 of our Rules of Membership.

Caps are allocated based on attendance - not when tickets are purchased. For home games 2 caps are added to ESC and ESTC accounts within a few days of attending an England friendly or qualifier. In order for caps to be allocated correctly, supporters will need to assign their fan number to their ticket at the point of purchase in the priority members sale(s). Once that ticket is then scanned at the turnstiles, your attendance is recorded and will be updated onto your membership within a few days of the match.

Travel Club members who attend England away match friendlies and qualifiers, will have their caps added within a few days of the game taking place. Caps are only awarded for tickets purchased directly from The FA and no caps are awarded for attending tournament fixtures.

You will need to email englandsupportersclub@thefa.com with the order number and fan number(s) that need assigning. You will need to do this before the match takes place or within 21 days of attending. Please be aware that we cannot retrospectively apply caps for games outside of the 21 days or for tickets purchased prior to becoming a member. No caps are awarded to members who purchase their tickets through third party websites.

When purchasing tickets, you need to assign the junior member's FAN number to the junior ticket in your order. Caps will be allocated as normal, within a few days of attending the fixture.

It is not possible to retrospectively apply caps to junior FAN numbers for matches that took place more than 21 days ago or were attended prior to becoming a member.

If you wish to create a linked junior to your account, please login to the website here ,click "My Account" and half-way down your account page you'll be able to link existing junior members or create a new one. Please be aware it is not possible to link adult accounts to other adult accounts.

At present, UEFA have not set a date for any ticket application windows for our official allocation of tickets.  As soon as we have any information on this we will update members accordingly.

If you are interested in attending this tournament in the official ‘England End’ you will need to be a member of the England Supporters Travel Club in order to apply.  You can start building your caps balance now by attending England friendlies and qualifiers to improve your chance of being allocated a ticket. To understand how our ticket allocation system works for major tournaments before joining please read sections 6.2 and 6.3 of our Terms and Conditions.

Only members of the 2022-2024 England Supporters Travel Club will be eligible to apply for England tickets in The FA's allocation to UEFA Euro 2024 Germany.

For more information on Euro 2024 applications and how tickets are allocated, please read our dedicated Euro 2024 FAQs.

Due to the volume of requests we receive from supporters, the fairest way we allocate mascot places is through a competition on the 'Prizes'  page. The competition will usually be open a month in advance of an England match and will be communicated to all members. For safety purposes, only juniors aged between 7-11 years old are eligible for mascot places.

For mascot places to England U21 matches, please email the host stadium directly.

Membership cards and Junior Packs for the England Supporters Travel Club Road to FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 membership will begin to be distributed in February and start to arrive ahead of any matches that may take place within the March international window.

All applicants to the Travel Club agree to checks being made with the police and other relevant authorities. This is to ensure the integrity of the membership scheme and to help maintain the safety and security of travelling members. The security check also helps ensure that tickets are not distributed to banned members.
If you inform us of any Relevant Offence when you apply and you are subsequently excluded from becoming a Member, you will receive a full refund of your membership fee and any match ticket(s) purchased. If you fail to inform us, you will not be entitled to a refund. For more information regarding the security checks and Relevant Offences, please read our Rules of Membership.

No, the England Supporters Club and England Supporters Travel Club are separate membership schemes from Club Wembley. If you are a Club Wembley member and wish to join ESC or ESTC, you will need to sign-up on this website. Once you've done that, please email englandsupportersclub@thefa.com with your details so your accounts can be linked going forward.

No, for the integrity of the England Supporters Club membership, caps are only applied to ESC and ESTC memberships that were active at the time of attending the match (through Club Wembley). We cannot backdate caps onto England Supporters Club memberships that were obtained after attending and caps cannot be retrospectively applied for matches that took place more than 21 days ago.

England Supporters Club and England Supporters Travel Club members should act as ambassadors for the Three Lions. Any violent, anti-social, racist, homophobic or discriminatory behaviour before, during or after England matches may result in suspension from the membership, the withdrawal of England match tickets, removal from the stadium and possible criminal proceedings. English football is valued around the world for its standards of passion - we want our members to enhance this reputation by showing respect for the game, opposition players and fellow fans.

It is against membership rules to sell or advertise to sell England match tickets.
