Preparations continue for Saturday's quarter-final and not only that, we have plenty of content for you to enjoy ahead of the big game.

Back on the grass

The Three Lions are working towards the tie against Norway on Saturday 11 July (10pm BST kick-off) at Miami Stadium.

Tuchel and his squad will hit the grass again today at Swope Soccer Village for a training session.

Into the Lions' Den

The pair sat down with host Andrew Mensah to discuss the epic 3-2 win over Mexico in the Round of 16 and Stones' viral 'shoulder injury' prank in the dressing room afterwards, as well as looking ahead to facing Norway in their quarter-final.
